Desktop Valuation
This is a valuation method undertaken with limited information available using property data. No physical inspection is necessary for this type of valuation.

Our Process
Make your valuation enquiry through filling out our online form Request a Quote. It is important we are informed with the correct property address, suburb and type of property (Apartment, House, Commercial). This is highly critical when determining a Valuation Fee Proposal for the required work.
Upon Acceptance of the fee quoted, one of our professional valuers will contact you and tailor an approach for your specific needs and instructions before the work commence. Please also advise if the property is not able to be inspected.>
Inspection
We will arrange an appointment to inspect the property for you, with the agent or a nominated person.
Reporting & Analysis
Reporting and analysis is utilized with evidence based approach. All information will be outlined in the report and provide clear, true and accurate findings. Inform the valuer with a timeframe and if there are any specific needs or requirements to be included in the report.
Delivery of Report
Delivery of electronic and/or physical reports will be issued once the payment has been received in full.
Valuation Fees
We quote every valuation request independently. The fees varies and depends on the required cost of work such as; location, travel expenses, legal fees, property type etc.
Estimated Fees
Residential Valuation starting from $300 + GST
Development Valuation starting from $800 + GST
Commercial Valuation starting from $500 + GST
Industrial Valuation starting from $800 + GST
Specialised Valuation starting from $1,000 + GST
